Small, good quality exhibitions and free admission in the heart of Reykjavik. What more do you want?
Saw exhibit and documentary on Ragnar Axelsson's work. This is a good starting point for museum visits. And I preferred buying souvenirs for friends in the gift shop there.
Nice and tiny museum on the top floor of the culture house. Free entrance!
Great place to lose yourself into. I spent a couple of houra on their exhibitions .
They charged us 1000kr for entrance to this tiny, uninspiring collection of one person's photography . Just because it's in black and white doesn't mean it's good.
Admission is free every day of the week. Read more
les deux photographes exposés étaient intéressants lors de mon passage. Il y a surtout une collection de carte postale magnifique dans la book shop : des photos de l ’Iceland des années 50 : top!
Very cool space for art - there is also a small lounge area with free coffee & a wonderful view of the harbor! - abigail.
Worth the trip, very interesting if small museum with excellent sculptures on display. - abigail.
Small but worthy, admission from hafnarhus is good here, too and the installations are well put together. - Stephanie
The hype is real: those hot dogs are really good and worth the wait, even on cold days! - Julie L
Amazing building inside and out. Interesting shops and cafe areas. Worth even just a wander through to get a look at the incredible structure from the inside! - Justin
One of the coolest coffee shops of all time. Great ambiance and a nice outdoor sitting area. - David Holtz
