I don't know what everyone's talking about. This place is not ghetto at all. Coming from a blonde white girl, I feel a lot better here than Powerhouse in Downtown Tampa!
'30 rock' comes on at 6 & 6:30pm on channel 18 on cardio machines . you're welcome.
Friendly staff , not too small, and people don't hog the machines like they do at other gyms . Can't beat it!
Completely overcrowded and sleeezy, unfortunately packed full of greasy juiced up, meathead , p. rican dudes who look like their trying out for Jersey Shore casts lol

Very busy around noon. Hard to get access to much other than gliders, bikes .
Bring your ipod, all of their cardio machines have chargers and integrated on the screen.
