BEST customer service I've received in a very long time! Zack was incredibly patient and helped us out until every issue was resolved, even though it was crazy busy.

Only REI in DMV that rents camping gear. A little pricey for rentals, but excellent quality and very thorough. Pick up on Friday and return on Sunday, you only pay for one day. Cheaper for members.

This REI is one of the bigger stores in the area. Until the DC flagship opens that is.

Parking in back is much easier than having to deal with the lot on Rockville Pike.

Bring lots of money....LOL Membership is worth it if you shop here often, no hassle return policy.
