The basement level has an astounding array of food choices, many with Japanese influences. There's also a really good tonkatsu place on the 5th floor.

Love love love basement 2, all other floors are lame. Ngee Ann city is another story though, much better stores.

The Nursery Room at Level 3 is great. Beside diapers changing facility there is a breastfeeding room also. Neat and tidy, spacious , not overcrowded. Two thumbs up!

Even though the mall is a bit dated when compared to the rest of Orchard Road malls , it is still one of the best. Kinokuniya bookstore is here!

Many great food options on the basement levels. A big rec is Nakajima Suisan for tasty affordable grilled fish set meals .

Food-court is awesome and super tasty. From shopping, I think it is the best. The special market while I was there was very interesting

My favorite mall in orchard !

Everythings ok except for level 5 where you cant find the toilet . Toilet symbol and elevator symbol looked the same.

Supermarket and basement are very crowded on Sunday
