I loved the hotel , very friendly reception , the rooms and toilet are amazing , very clean , the hotel buffet is delicious, there is security around and in the hotel ,very near to Pavilion mall

Upgraded to orchid club room , room is huge and need. Would be ideal if bedroom comes with TV !!! TV located at hall only. Wifi not very stable , service is excellent.

Wi-Fi is just everywhere, hotel staff is extremely awesome, really really nice to have a chance staying in this hotel . Absolutely 5-stars, cannot agree more.

The state of the room was good. Turn down service every night. WiFi was great. Food at the hotel wasn't good, which was disappointing since it was supposed to be a nice hotel . Good location.

Spacious , clean and comfortable bed . Food is normal. Double standard of service to guests. Stay in their suite and you will receive royalty services. In normal rooms, well , nothing out of ordinary.

We had a dining at the the Chatz restaurant yesterday, 29/6/2014, and all of us have Diarrhea now!

Disappointing buffet dinner on a Friday night. Prawns are overcooked and the roast duck/chicken needs seasoning. Cheese oyster are definitely frozen and the Malay kuih desserts are tough to chew.

Clean Room And Good Service . Near Monorail and major Shopping Belt, including Berjaya Times Square

After your stay remember to pay your parking ticket or else you risk reversing up a slope leaving the hotel like we did. The attendant didn't inform us about needing to pay so watch out.

The carpark is failed..too narrow for a miltiple level design..

Just use the valet parking . It's only RM10 per entry. Don't bother finding parking in their carpark . It's narrow as hell.

for breakfast , sambal for nasi lemak very nice..
