High West Distillery & Saloon

This place is awesome for both food and drink. The house Old Fashioned is the best I've ever had. It complemented the bone-in bison steak perfectly. Also the Campfire whiskey & Grillswith dessert .

He French onion soup , lamb stew , shishito peppers , and beer cheese pretzel are amazing. Also make a killer Moscow mule

I have never had anything I didn't like here! Beer Cheese & Pretzel and Shishitos are awesome appetizers . Can't go wrong with an Old Fashioned w/ Double Rye ! Try the Braised Beef & Polenta for dinner !

Great atmosphere and interesting menu. Food was great, try the kale Apple salad and wild boar stew . Don't forget to go with the High West Whiskey flight !!

Whatever you do, make sure you try their Double Rye Whiskey . I recommend the Dead Man's Boots and the High West Lemonade . Don't forget the Tipperary 703, and consider a classic Sazerac or Manhattan .

High West Distillery & Saloon is a great venue for a party - one big open room with soaring ceilings. We've hosted our CHOOSE GEORGIA event for the last few years during the Sundance Film Festival .

Fun to come to the source of a favorite distiller. Beautiful former home makes up the saloon. High skill bartenders make really nice whiskey and vodka drinks. Go for the Double Rye !

Nicely balanced cocktails , grab a seat at the bar and ask questions as needed to nail down the drink you want. They’ll do a nice job. Give the deviled eggs a shot, too!

Delicious whiskey and rye good enough to drink straight but they also have tasty cocktails . Atmosphere is ideal for apres ski or going out at night, kind of a rustic vibe.

The food here is delicious... the trout has a great sauce and the chicken pot pie is very hearty... everything is good...

Ryan is the best for a tour very knowledgable about the craft and very informative. Try the flight with an add on of the Rendezvous Rye .

The tri tip has amazing flavor. Sweet, slightly spicy and light. Nice cut of meat as well , tastes lean

I'd like to echo many people's recommendation for the Dead Man's Boots paired with the coffee glazed cod . And yes, the popped corn starter is legit!

Be sure to try one of the whiskey/vodka flights. Based off your favorite, you can choose a Featured or Signature cocktail to your liking.

Gets crowded apre ski . Good booze but bartenders aren’t particularly friendly . Free distillery tours starting at 11am.
