they weren't very welcoming, even if there was 4 of them and no other customers besides myself and my dog. they made me fill out a form but failed to give me a claim stub when I left. Mga tambay lang.
Never shop @PetExpressPH again, especially this branch. The manager told me that"maganda ang pusa basta may breed. Wag lang pusakal." He then laughed. Small talk or not, it's terrible & inexcusable.

Very helpful staff. They experimented a haircut on my dog and I liked it. They also have a veterinarian which is convenient for me. They helped find and treat my dog's skin. Definitely gonna come back - Angelo Uy
