Yes, fish pedicures are weird, but they are also fun. If you ever want to get one, you should get it in SG, where it's most likely sanitary. Try Kenko, which is in lots of malls (and the airport too)
Toby was right, excellent service and relaxed atmosphere . A little hard to find at first. Just wonder around the 2nd floor and you will find it tucked away in a corner.
The most friendly , quiet , relaxing and well designed Kenko's outlet I've found so far. Looks almost like a 5 star hotel spa !
A really nice place where the staff have genuine smiles; and that is very rare in the service industry in Singapore.

Found a hidden gem . The massage was better in Kenko near China town , but the atmosphere tops here.
