More than just a cafe , Code Black serves up delicious dishes and coffee from their award winning Batista. Perfectly poached eggs and the great salads . Highly recommended, if you can get in.

Get what is basically the Soft shell crab burger or you'll be missing out. Wash it down with a lovely iced coffee .

A lovely grilled banana bread with coffee cream cheese , espresso anglaise and coffee bean praline & poached quince.

Breakfasts are really good (seem to be focused on the healthier side of things). Coffee grand too

The MilleFeuille breakfast dish is divine. Coffee , surprisingly, was ok. Maybe It's better on days when it's less busy.

The broccoli & roasted corn salsa fritters are awesome. If you're all about umami, check if the polenta , mushroom and truffle toastie is on the menu.

I had a lovely coffee with fantastic mushrooms and poached eggs .
