The stax challenge is a must try when you're here. If you have small stomach then I suggest their normal burgers or chicken pancake

We tried the classic burger with French fries and the chicken waffle . We loved it. They also have freshly made lemonade . Overall the food is good but the service is bad.

A great little burger place with a great range. Make sure to go during quiet hours to guarantee a table. Try the Frankenstein burger it's on the secret menu .

Great food & vibe Was a bit scared to try the waffle with chicken and maple syrup , chicken Inferno burger was really good & delicious, classic cheese burger & chicken wings were tasty.

Chicken and waffles ! Burger is delicious as well ! The only thing that's bad is the waiting time - 1 hour for me. But if you're patient like me *flips hair* then be prepared for a gastronomic delight!

Somewhat hard to find if you're not familiar with the area, but worth taking the time to visit. The chicken and waffles do not disappoint, and this from someone who's been to Roscoes.

Good atmosphere, inconsistent service. "Stax Po' Boy " was very good, though expensive once you add in fries , drink and the compulsory service charge. Similar food can be found nearby for less.

Great burgers , great milkshakes , great fries . What is there not to love.

Beef burger was average, Cajun fries was way better than Stax fries .. Might come again to try the chicken burger ..

The buttermilk pancakes are amazing!! High recommend for pre-shopping breakfast . Sadly the poached eggs were over cooked..

Food is quite OK. Service could be better. The waiter forgot my food & drink, so I waited for ages. But they gave me a discount in the end. Not a lot of vegetarian options .

Only one male member of staff has good customers service skills, the other staff leave little to be desired. The food is a hit and miss with meduim-well being burnt and medium being rare.

The only thing I would go back to stax for would be the cute waiter ...
