博多ラーメン の豚 骨スープ は本職の様に良くできているが、肝心の「むささんじんラーメン 」がイマイチ。胡椒で味をごまかしすぎた上に化調の量も相成って、口内がピリピリ します。近所なら行くかも しれないけど、遠出して食べるラーメン ではありません。
二郎をアレンジしたようなイメージもあるむささんじんラーメン だが、野菜 たっぷりで味もあり、食べやすい。中盛りで満腹。
豚 骨醤油 味です。チャーシュー も美味しい。
