03/15/22--9 pm I am disabled with an inoperable brain tumor, I am over 60, and I have 3 autoimmune diseases as well . I walk with great difficulty, and I must use a cane due to being crooked legs.

It says that if you don't have your placard, you will get towed. I had my placard, and everyone could clearly see that I was disabled. My toes break all the time.

If I am not happy with any of the above, I can call during business hours and ask for Daniel’s Supervisor. I will call back on Tuesday next week, 03/22/22 to see the results.

All of the people that were talking about me and heard management yelling at me in front of them and the customers also coming in and out of the store as well

he tells me that I need to wait for a parking spot , and I told him I am a busy person too and I don't have time to sit and wait all day in this very busy place for a disabled parking space .

forcing me to walk back and forth so they can force me to move my car from a place that was perfectly fine for me to park in. THAT is disability discrimination.

I can call back in 3 business days to find out the outcome and if I am not happy, they can escalate it to the Market Manager, and he will deal with Sylvia then.

The older woman who worked in the fitting room by women's clothing . When I went to talk to him, he started yelling at me about parking in a no parking zone and that I had to move my vehicle

An incident like this will make me end up in the hospital because it triggers my tumor and triggers a migraine so severe that it makes me severely physically sick with vicious nausea and diarrhea.

3/16/2022 5:15:52 PM Trying to phone Walmart Corporation and the first phone number is scrambled and the second phone number you can’t hear anything. Will keep trying.

All this started by the one Guard who left about 6pm and some other person took his place and Madden did an outside patrol in the Brosnan truck .

This is the guard that was harassing me. Matthew or Madden and you can clearly see him inside the truck

I get dizzy from meds I take for my health and dizzy because of the brain tumor. I went into the store and didn't think anything of it because of the Disabled Tow Away Sign right there on the space.

Joseph had a name badge on with the word Coach under his name. He took me outside and I showed him the Disabled Parking Tow Away sign.

I went to the Walmart 2001 N Rose Ave, Oxnard, CA 93036 to do some light shopping. I didn't plan on being very long. I also am a busy woman who works,

Avoid lines by shopping prior to 10am on a weekday. Plenty of great day old bakery goods at cheap prices in the am as well .

The Asst. Manager Joseph told me to go back in the store, he will let me leave my car there and just get my stuff check out and leave before he calls the police .

I'm not sure but he is Hispanic, and he is about 5'6". He has shoulder length curly black hair and brown eyes. He wears a beard and mustache.

He stated that if I want to file a complaint that I must file it with Madden’s Superior Officer and that probably was the gruff guy who threatened to pick me up

The answering machine at the third call, the 4000 number stated Corporate is open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm but it’s not 5:30 yet and they are not answering.

It’s amazing how these so called “professionals” obviously think that their customers are idiots. Amazing.

I parked there because of no disabled parking spaces close to the store and I need to be able to park close to the store and the door due to being a fall risk.

Already I feel bad, I don't feel I did anything wrong, but these PROFESSIONALS are deliberately going out of their way to make me, a person with a terminal illness and alot of other things going on,

When I begged him and pleaded to him to please read the sign he absolutely refused and called me an idiot for just parking there in general.

You want to take all of my complaints out?? humph. Oh, great, you get to be in this with me.

I called Brosnan Corporate office about 7pm yesterday 03/15/22 and spoke with Jeremy in the Command Center

IN front of customers and he had friends of his outside the store when he drug me out of the store to go see what the sign said and for me to move my car and his friends were laughing at me

He apologized for the actions of his employees and stated that he will retrain them in ethics and if they don’t want to listen, he will fire them.

Always have your ID when buying alcohol . And if you are with friends make sure they have ID too. Or will not get the alcohol .

So, even though my feet break and it's very painful for me to walk these "professionals" were dragging me in and out of the store,

Where I was parked at after the incident and I only got that because people held it for me.

I would say there's a problem just in that alone. I am just more concerned with how I was treated.

This guard started yelling for me over the megaphone inside of Walmart very derogatorily and he had some woman employee of Walmart call for me as well .

I went to Walmart, and I parked in a No Parking Zone that had the Disabled Tow Away Sign above it. I have pictures I can prove it.

Operator 35 is her ID. She states to call 479-273-4000 for Corporate Headquarters. Phoned at 1:37 the 479 and was hung up on.

03/18/22 4pm Got a message from someone named Gabriel who works for Walmart on Rose for me to call him and resolve this issue. I have no idea who this person is.
