I want to be impressed, but the slow cooked pork collar wasn't grilled properly to its potential. Needs to be charred a bit more.

The char siew was excellent. I think you can skip the duck, it’s not that yummy. The rice was chicken rice, which was a pleasant surprise. $10.80 was an acceptable price, I guess. - Z
