It's no longer on the menu, but you can get a stuffed sopapilla if you ask. Bean/cheese with deluxe tomatillo is a winner, or go crazy with ground beef and queso as your sauce. Mmm...

Ask for the Green Chili Stew . It is not on the menu , but it is filling and will definitely open your sinuses.

Love this place. Try everything! But catch the hatch chile enchiladas special if you can.

Try the Veggie Enchiladas - My usual: Veggie Enchiladas , no cheese , no spinach , w/ Tomatillo sauce + a bit of pico on top & double Hatch green chile rice . #NOM!

Get the boom boom sauce(green chile con queso ) on anything. It's good. Or mix hatch sauce with deluxe tomatillo for deluxe hatchatillo. Trust me.

This is my favorite Chuy's. Make sure to order: The #4 plate with a boom-boom enchilada , and a chicken chile relleno with boom-boom sauce. Also get green chile rice and charro beans . Best meal EVER!

This location has the fastest service! Be sure to get the Chuychanga with queso on top. It's addicting!

If you want a cheap meal come here during happy hour , order a drink, fill up on their free chips and dip and leave the waiter a generous tip.

The pork enchiladas with the Costeña sauce is THE BEST. You will not regret getting these. Leaves a happy little fire in your mouth. 

The Stuffed Sopapillas aren't on the menu anymore but they will still make them if you ask! They are amazing!

Everything here was pretty average, which was unexpected given its rating and location in Texas. Especially disappointed with the enchiladas . I expected them to be much more flavorful.

Green Chili Festival 2011 starts August 22. They usually have a "dry run" the week before that is progressive (Mon is 1 dish, Tues is 2, Wed is 3, etc.). Don't miss out!
