Definitely the dinner beauty pot if the queue is short . Good service , delicious collagen broth and organic vege is a plus! Love the perfectly cooked chicken too.
First place I've eaten ramen where the ingredients are separated. U hv to add them all (or selectively) into your bowl of soup & noodle . Lots of vege though!
Had the original collagen ramen , soup was amazing as always. Tried the miso corn ramen too - very tasty but could become a bit heavy halfway. Tired the hotpot at the china town branch- great soup !
Chicken nabe base ????????????????????????. Nabe only served for dinner though - ramen at lunch . Don’t bother with the shirakuma dessert . The loyalty program is cute and gets you a free appetiser on 2nd visit.
That chicken soup ... Was really thick but tastes so good. The noodles are thin and nicely done. Let's forget about the calories count just for now...
Don't understand the hype- the organic chicken tastes gamey aka has a muddy taste. The beauty noodles with Sakura powder ???????? and the taste of the vegetables clash for me! So will not eat again!
If u r looking for the noodle closest to typical ramen thickness, ask for the thicker mochi mochi noodles . Their thin egg noodle is thinner than ur ave local "mee kia"
This the best chicken soup I ever had ! But prepare to queue at least an hour during dinner !
Arrive in the queue with all your mates or they won't let you in without complete companion. If there are only 2 of you and 1 is on the way, tell them u are alone and proceed to order for 2 pax.
Be prepared to be in the queue for a long time but the bijin nabe and bacon rice rolls are worth it!
The collagen soup tastes like good chicken broth , flavourful & comforting. The novelty of the silicon-looking soup melting in a hotpot wears off after awhile. 1st refill is free; you pay after that.
These rice rolls on the other hand were yummy!! I could eat many of these!! Not the noodles !!
Salty shoyu ramen . Standard serving is alrdy very salty (as confirmed by waiting staff ). Remember to specify your level of tolerance so that u can fully enjoy your bowl
???? nice place with special hot pot , soup is full of collagen since they make the soup base on a special way
There are 3 sessions for dinner at 5:30pm, 7pm and 8:30pm. Best is to reach between 5:30-6pm to get on list for 7pm.
Great service. Nice food and is surprisingly filling (: The collagen soup is worth queuing 2 hours for!
Lunch has only ramen available ($20) and no nabe. Shio ramen is lighter but still pretty salty despite choosing the less salt version. Shoyu ramen has a heavier stock.
Do try their ramen ! I think it's good, they use roast chicken instead of chasiew and the egg is yummy too.
Only serves noodles for lunch in a rich collagen broth . The citrus peel gives an interesting taste.
If you are going to order anything, make it their Bijin Nabe. It's minimum 2pax though!
Chicken collagen soup base in a claypot with your choice of noodle . No MSG. What's NOT to love?!?
Make sure you're here early. Was here at 6 and after 1 hour we're still waiting! Oh and they only start serving the Bijin Nabe at 5pm!
If you are not in a hurry, be here around 8:45pm (their last order is 9pm) and you may get a table for two easily.
Nice experience for one that did not try any collagen soup before.
The ramen is must try!
Food is good, but waiting time is really long. It took me 1 hour to get a seat tonight.
First taste of chicken stock when collagen pudding melts is sublime.
Only the first refill of soup is free. Subsequent refills are chargeable (not sure how much though).
collagen loaded noodles if that's your thing, stay away from salad though, its loaded with dressing
Awesome!!! ????
The soup is as expected - very thick and yummy ! But service could be improved
Soup base is way to salty here .. chinatown brunch is much better and spacious . ..
Very good soup n desserts
Dinner queue list starts at 5pm daily.
Bijin nabe full of collegen. Yummy soup
They do no accept any reservation in advance.
Friendly staffs
Good service
Only Visa or Master credit card accepted.
Disappointed. Soup was tasteless and the noodles was overcooked and soft.

I highly recommend the Yong tau foo stall. Ingredients are fresh, plentiful to choose from n soup is sweet n tasty. Ups! ???? - Jane Tok
Kohaku spicy flavour, chicken breasts, shrimp, shitake, long beams, pumpkin, squid with multi grain rice. Very nice and affordable. $ - Kankang
Took the Sakura special set. Ramen are tangy. Soup base is excellent. Love the Yuzu ice tea. Service I believe to the crowed so a bit slow. - Aileen Tan
$11 for a “tasting menu” of bite-sized desserts -great value! Take the bitter nama with the creamy tiramisu. The matcha/vanilla ????with the pudding and a sugarless iced matcha(order separately). - Edd
Usually dont fancy cold noodles but the cold udon here is super yummy! And the matcha ice cream with red bean paste is so good! - Sharon Ng
