Mike and Vickie are owners. Customers could be more open and generous to share the commission works with technicians. I think these owners do not care about customer's safety.

I am sorry to disappoint any of you as their favorite customer. I think their tools just look clean in a sealed bag because I did not see any of the technicians take it out from a sanitizer cooker.
