The Filipina server provided excellent service! She was extremely friendly , always made sure her tables were attended and informed us of the special ihoppy hour and ultimate breakfast meals .

WORST iHop i've been to in Florida - I think it might be due to being so busy and tourist-y. Long wait for food and barely any refills of drink. The pancakes I had were small and hardly ANY toppings!
The waitress I had was very sweet and welcoming. I plan to come back again.
Not good. Pankcakes half the size of other location, didn't get coffee refill for 2 people and pot wasn't full when we got it. Items missing. Place was empty. No reason. Took 1 item off check.

My waitress was nice the breakfast was great, didn't have to wait long.. Female bathroom smelled like used feminine pads and there was a hair in my ice cream . Not happy w/ the "cleanliness" there...

It was a nice IHOP. Staff seemed nice.
Make sure to get here before 9am for breakfast . Once 9 comes around the service is horrible.
