吃串燒時候，大部分的人都會想要來杯啤酒，但誰說吃串燒就一定要配啤酒？一鷺雖然有提供遠從宜蘭來的鮮釀啤酒與目前很夯的啤酒冰沙，但既然來到一鷺，更不能錯過的是來杯老闆精選的紅酒、白酒，喝了才會知道，原來串燒跟葡萄酒的果酸果香原來這麼對味！
