Quality bistro food, not an expansive menu but it has something for everyone. The back deck over looking the ocean is the place to be, but the noise from the play area may kill your conversation
Drinks are and meals are reasonably priced. Nice and spacious and lovely big deck to enjoy the sun.
Usually a unique beer or two on tap , but really overpriced. $12.50 for a schooner of 5.5% beer ? Yeah, nah.

This place is shockingly ordinary and a giant rip off. Don't waste your time or cash keep driving and head to sand bar at casuarina. Saltbar leaves a bitter taste in ones mouth

You can let your (under control) dog off the lead from SALT beach towards Kingscliff for 1km and walk on the lead towards Casuarina. Beautiful walk.No dog bins though, so remember to take your bags - Dawn Courage
