Went for a traditional cut and wet shave. Although I did not have a reservation they did have time for me. Yeah.. Very relaxed atmosphere and complimentary shoe shine !

.. nice place to get ur hair cut . friendly and awesome barber though. 4 outlets in KL - bsc, majestic, starhill and grand hyatt. not so expensive after all. worth the damage.

Lack of engagement from my barber , was overcharged formally 2 min goatee trim and not the most pleasant experience. Could do with some professionalism. Front office staff were good.
