The new kids play area is really nice. The Mall is working hard to change it's look and I think they are doing a fine job. Bright , clean , and nicely lit; parking lot needs a lot more lights though.

So happy for the new family restrooms . I don't have to try and squish my twin stroller, toddler and myself into a stall.
I rarely go to malls , maybe once a decade. Plus being directionally challenged, I got lost trying to leave. My motto of "never panic" was nearly broken!Lol with me -- another decade awaits! !!

If Hollister and American Eagle is your idea of high fashion then this place is it. But if you're not in middle or high school go to Dulles, Tyson 's or Fair Oaks.
Shaw's is very nice, nice sales people and nice jewelry !
We used to bring our daughters to the play area until we walked by a women who was throwing up in the area for young children. This mall sucks and is a sorry excuse for a mall .
Electronic doors (handicapped accessible ) are available at both of the mall 's west side entrances, near Sears and JCPenney. Food Court doors are manual only.
Maurices and Rue 21 are now open in the Sears Wing.
This mall is ok. The play place for the kids is great.

Winchester is not the place to visit, or live at. Turn around and go somewhere else, just because we are prisoners he does'nt mean you need to be.cm

OK stores, lots of loud kids and rude teens. Frederick, MD has better malls .
The worst mall I have been to in quite sometime. Nothing makes the mall even somewhat appealing. Shenk n Tittle is not a good place to go in. The manager and assistant manager are really rude!
