لم يعجبني هذا الفرع أبدا، من ناحية خدمة العملاء -على الرغم من كثرة الموظفين- مقابل الازدحام، ومستوى النظافة والعناية بالمجوهرات سيئة ولا يليق بكارتييه! الاساور المعروضة عليها طبعات بصمات الأصابع. ????

المحل مزدحم والطابور يطويل للوصول تمنبت اتقدير للحالات الخاصة عند دخول المحل فيتم عمل طابور خاص لانه تم انتظاري ساعه مع اني لدي كسر بالقدم والبس الجبيره ولكن دون تقدير للحالة

موظفين قمة في الفوضى والاهمال، مدري ليه يتصرفون كانهم متفضلين عليك مو جايه تشترين بفلوسك???? فرق شاسع بينهم وبين سنتريا
