One of the best breakfast spots in New Paltz. Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options , but the space is tiny so expect a longer wait on the weekend

A great place to get an amazing breakfast . My favorite dish is the mouthwatering...makes me drool Trail Blazer . I would never have thought to put eggs with crab cakes .

Excellent food, but be prepared to wait a bit; first come/served at the bar , so be quick. Zoo Canoe and a short stack side will do you well .
