Norm knows a LOT about doors.
The Lowe's CSRs that wander the store are extremely helpful.
It never fails...if I can't find what I'm looking for, there is ALWAYS someone around who is knowledgeable and helpful.
Look for Gary in plumbing. Very nice guy and uber helpful.
Parking lot is a great place to nap!
