UNFORTUNATELY this is just red paint. It’s not that grippy stuff that’s on Olympic tracks . I couldn’t sprint because it’s slippery. Opposite of what it’s supposed to do.

Sept2018: ladies branch is still under construction but will open here also.

Very comprehensive facilities, including a large pool . Good thing is that classes are included in basic membership.

Not crowded most times which is a very good advantage

من افضل الأندية الرياضية في جدة وأفضل فرع لوقت اللياقة في جدة ???? وأهم شي المواقف مررة تمام ما تعاني

من انظف الفروع فيه اجهزة مش موجودة بفروع ثانية نظيف ولا فيه زحمة مثل فرع البغدادية وفي منطقة مميزة

الصباح افضل وقت ، تفتك من الزحمه والقرف ????????❤️

قفلوا الأحمر و صار الأصفر زحمة !! في أندية اخرى بنفس السعر و انظف و افضل .
