I love that this place is high quality but the waiters are informal and friendly . So far it's the best Japanese I've had in Amsterdam. Try the sparkling sherbet dessert .

If this is the former chef of the Okura , I'm Brigit Bardot. The restaurant isn't up to standard: sockets are still to placed, the cealing and entrance suck. For sushi go to Mitsukuni or Momo . Brrrr

De site is misleidend, de sushi valt uit elkaar en de sashimi is niet vers en te dik gesneden. Bediening is traag en entourage klopt niet. Hosokawa is a NO GO!! ga naar Mitsukuni!!!!!!
