隔週で変わる「限定麺 」。この日は「豚 骨煮干 し 背脂入り」。毎回事なるテイストに感動し、スープ の引き出しの多さに驚愕します。ぜひ体感して欲しい一杯です。
毎回限定ラーメン が変わっているので、限定に弱い私は定番ものを一度も食べたことはありませんが、定番ものもかなり美味しいそうですよ。

ラーメン を一層引き立ててくれるのが「漬けめし」です。
今日のひるめしは「にぼし醤油ラーメン 」田村さん担当です。
