Doreen is simply the best server ever. Manager says they have changed their customer service in Feb 2012. They're told to say "YES" to all guests. Good job!!!
Food is hit and miss, as is the service.
The chicken is very good, but the service is so-so. Their wifi was down, which was annoying because it was the FIRST thing I asked about. I can get good chicken anywhere. I probably won't go back.
Waited close to 20 minutes with no one in front to get seated. The person who seats people wasn't around. The excuse is they are busy! Is there no manager?
