No one is here to help u by the door. The lady there always take longgg time with others. Im done coming here. They all chill at front and no one running an operation.

Wait almost an hour to get wood cut and ended up having to grab a manager on duty to do it. Great store but good luck finding help.

Great customer service. Cleanliness is top-notch! Glad I live near this store.

PIckett street going to Van Dorn is very backed up. Go another way.

The staff here is really helpful!

Don't come here. Waited twenty minutes for someone to help make keys. they called for assistance three times and I even approached someone in paint for help and he ignored me.

Never enough cashiers , best bet is self-checkout.

Do not get keys cut here. It takes ages for someone to even come help and they don't even do it correctly. Had to come back to get them recut. Hopefully they work this time.

Was OK, not as expansive as the one on Richmond Highway

Pro: No lines or crowds here. Con: Forget about finding help.

No one knows where anything is. Off to the Little River Tnpk store.

Polite but clueless staff , don't go there unless you like to lose your sanity or are retired with lots of time to waste.

I will be spending more time -- and money -- here than I care to mention in the coming months...

Finding help here is like pulling teeth.

I like this location just fine but it is not pet-friendly like some others in the area.
