Absolutely delicious authentic dim sum . If you are lucky to get a view next to the window, you’ll have the most amazing experience ✨
We were homesick for Yum Cha like we had when we lived in Hong Kong and this place definitely delivered! Fantastic ha gow and siu mai, add the amazing Bay views and it's the perfect spot for lunch .
Most tender calamari / fried squid ever. Didn't expect that at a dim sum place. Other winners: Shanghai wonton , char siu , shrimp & egg noodles .
Good dim sum with great views . Good for going with family after church if you don't want to make the trip to sf
The view is beautiful and the steamed bean curd dumpling is great!
Sticky rice dumplings , fried tofu , shrimp dumplings , vegetarian dumplings
Best dim sum I've ever had! The service is a bit rough but you will get the best dim sum .
Good dim sum and view if you sit by the window but why so expensive ??
Lobster is way better than the crab . Char Sui and drunken chicken with ginger scallion sauce was ridic.
Can't beat the view and good quality dim sum
They always blame us for not hearing the number. But they gave away our table right in front of us.
We have stopped dining at this restaurant because of their blatant disregard for the law and serving Shark Fin Soup . I do not support cruelity to animals.
the daikon puff cakes (daikon with ham ) are a must!
Park nearby at sunset . Walk over to the waterfront trail . Find a bench and have a seat. Breathe cool salty air. Watch the light fade from the sky and wait for the stars to come out.
Food was good but very expensive for what it is. Charged for extra chiles. Service was very slow but apologetic. Come during the day for the view , at night you're paying for half the experience
Parking lot is insane. It's like a vicious game of musical chairs. Read signs carefully.
Great city / Bay Bridge views ! Dress warm- highly air-conditioned
5 star view , 4 star dim sum , 3 star price.
Weekends and major holidays have specials not normally served on weekdays. Check the carts or ask servers.
My favorite dim sum spot in the East Bay . Gotta love the view as well !
Look for bike racks near the marina footpath across the parking lot .
turnip cakes , sticky rice , shrimp
Weekday dim sum is meh but they have more variety on the weekends. Go for the non standard stuff like the taro buns
No idea why others say it meh .. Place is great ! Yeah not cheap but the quality is outstanding.
Good service , good food, great view .
Been coming here for years and while the food is still good, avoid coming an hour before closing-- no one wants to work anymore. It was VERY HARD to leave a tip!

Fresh Spicy Crab !
Love the view
Beautiful view
The views are truly spectacular. But $2 per bowl of rice is highway robbery.
Authentic Chinese food .
Dim sum is mediocre. View , if you get to sit near the window, is fantastic.
The view is divine. Get a window-side table if you can.
Beautiful views !
Wedding banquet
There's parking in the back
I'm done with this place. Even by dim sum joint standards, this place is sticky, dirty , and uncomfortable.
The dim sum is Over rated and over priced... The view is nice but save your money and go to King of King in Oakland...half the price and better dim sum
Couldn't get in! The wait was too long :(
Para empezar la vista a la bahía esta súper. Ahora hay que probar la comida.
A bowl of hot and sour soup was about $2! - Anna Lou
Make sure to check out the restaurant upstairs! Great food for a VERY good price. - Kristina Cruz
Really tidy, nice Marina. Nearby Trader Vic's, too. Slips are pretty clean and well organized. - Byron Wilkes
Great views of the Bay and GG Bridge, nice place to watch the sunset and walk your dog - C H R I S
