Has a variety of food from Vientiane to Laos to Thailand! The steamed fish in banana leaf grilled is amazing with a sweet spicy sauce ! So were the Vientiane wraps !! Yum!

New to BG? Skip the Thai menu & order these Lao dishes: 1. Crispy rice salad 2. Kang Som Soup -(Fish , chicken , tofu..choose your protein), 3. Crispy watercress salad ..all Lao spicy 1 star.

Kat L

Crispy watercress (special) and Lard minced duck were awesome. Crispy fried rice and orm chicken were lovely too but will try different dishes next time. Mango sticky rice was standard/below average

Stephanie Edwards

Thai buffet filled w/ delicious food! Drunken noodle , crispy basil chicken & egg fried rice were the table favorites. Awesome peanut dressing for salad . Don't waste stomach space on fried wontons .

Steven Androphy

They don't take reservations for dinner on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, so arrive early. The crispy rice salad and the larb ped (both on the Lao menu ) were outstanding!

Marta D.

Delish - ordered Duck Larb & Mee Kathi (per Sietsma) and loved. Got medium spicy (Thai hot) - not that hot, think we could handle Lao hot. 2 dishes was ample for 2 if you don't want leftovers.

Washingtonian Magazine

The kitchen makes its own lemongrass-laced pork and roasts a perfect, plump quail . But there are rewards up and down the menu, and many of the best dishes don’t make meat the star.

Elana Zygman Banin

Favorite thai place in the area, authentic , fresh, great service. Penang curry and papaya salad are the best.

Sophia H

Tried the crispy rice salad due to the reviews here. Nothing oh-my-freaking-god-amazing, but it was good! The rice is fried, so im not sure how healthy that is though

Maggie MacG

Very fresh, unique flavors. Loved the ground chicken dish with mint , chili , and pickled onions . Yum, yum!!!

Phong Khomphengchanh

Now serving the Lao menu . Try the minced duck salad (larb pbhet) and veggie wrap 2 types: meing muang luang or Vientiane style with talapia..very healthy for you

Go for traditional Lao cuisine and ask for it “Lao Hot” if you like the heat!
