Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem

A really fun ride , especially if you're a bit fan of the minions. Tends to get quite busy quite quickly, as its very near to the park entrance.

The line may look unwieldy, but the experience is great. Similar to Simpsons, the ride can only take so many people per "show". See life through a minions wye, and of course get into shenanigans

This is a mega-meh show. Simpsons' is much better. Since the minions are the new thing you have to wait hours literally for a very simplistic (for a 2013) ride. It's somewhat fun, if the line <30m

Really great rides for big and lil ones. Even really lil ones can fo as they have non moving seats so they can just watch the movie . Worth going early as gets popular.

A good one right at the entrance. Perfect way to start the day in the park as most people skip this to go straight to diagon alley

Really beautifully done! An engaging pre-show is followed by a gleeful simulator romp through minion training . Mini-dance party and meet and greets with minions afterwards. Ages 4-40 loved it!

Universal has found a unique way to blend the magic of the Despicable Me franchise and a family friendly ride simulator. While your waiting take in the main hall of Gru's house.

Great ride, great fun; one of the rides you can never go wrong. Line is always long, but worth to wait.

The ride is a similar setup to 'The Right Stuff' at Six Flags. 3d movie that rocks back in forth as minions cause mayham. Fun ride . Try to go early to avoid a long wait .

Jasmine and Alisa are the best and they both work this ride. They're very helpful.

They have stationary seating for someone that may not be able to handle the ride vehicles. So much fun!! Love the cute gift shop .

Really fun! For the kids the slapstick of the minions. For the adults, the fun word play. 65 minute listed wait took less than 45.

The Minion Mayhem is the one of the best 4D movie I've ever watched. so be prepare waiting in a long queue or buy express pass.

If you like minions, don't miss this attraction ! It's cute & a great way to kick off a day at Universal !

Very fun and family friendly ride that all ages will enjoy.

A must do! Do try to get there early to avoid a long wait in line , but even the wait is worth it.

Love the minions! These seats do move a lot though so if you get motion sick go for the stationary seats .

If this is a must-do for your kids, you will have to sacrifice Gringotts and do this first thing, as wait times will hover well over an hour all day.

New in 2011, this one replaces the old but cool Jimmy Neutron attraction near the front of the park !

Fun movie . I'm pretty sure it used to be 3d but may have been making people too queasy from all the movement.

Public outlets are hard to find! If you have a charger cord, go to guest services to the left of the park exit, turn 180 and past tree on blue wall.

Margo, the oldest of the three little girls, has a picture of the Lorax on her shirt in the movies used within this ride!

OMG! You get turned into a minion! It's awesome and make sure you dance with them after!

Don't forget to look on the walls in the first room (Can spot drawings from the girls!)

Same ride configuration from Hanna Barbara and Jimmy Neutron but I liked this ride much better. I had a big smile on my face the entire time.

Went first thing in the morning and caught the first viewing/ride. 5 minute wait. Passed it later that day...60 minute wait. Good thing I'm an early bird. Music by Pharrell. Tied into the movie .

Even if a child is under 40" they offer stationary seating so you can sit and enjoy it together!

Huge line , the attraction is not that good. But, you know, they are THE Minions

They removed the 3D effect, but it still can make you a little seasick.

Try not to sit on the front row if possible - the screen is big. Ride is impossibly cute :)

If you have back problems you can ask to sit in a stationary bench to watch the movie .
