It has almost everything you would expect grocery shopping. Has dedicated 4 floors. It's a great shop although pricey .

This department store are putting competition with Parkson & Aeon. They got Dockers , Levi’s, Onitsuka Tiger. Check out perfume sections, Amouage, Prada. Get your membership to get special discounts .

Cool place to shop. Don't forget to visit the Isetan Food Emporium on the Ground/Concourse floor.

Lots of stuff sold at ridiculous prices at the newly renovated market section Ground Floor. Prices of noodles and rices almost same as prices inside local Japanese restaurant .

The mall is great and branded stuffs but most of the prices are expensive besides you have to pay to go to the toilet

Communications isn't strong between departments. they are not sure about the current promotions sometimes.

Cashier staff at Children Dept is very unresponsive. Paper forms was strewn all over the place but the staff just stood back and watch. Customers helped to pick up. The cashier staff just looked dumb.
