Smith Point Beach

Best swimming beach on Fire Island . Big waves. Ok for surfing but not the best. Nice sand, few rocks. Great bar by the water.

If going to the 4X4 Outer Beach , check first to make sure it's open. Closed now from storm damage, and so is the FINS side. Great place though when it's open ;-)

Pretty good food and very relaxing! Some nights they have little concerts right by the beach hut and those are enjoyable also! <3

Beautiful beach . Go to the west end near the boardwalk if you want to avoid the crowd and please don't leave your garbage! :)

Park at the western end of the lot and entry next to the NPS lookout tower. No lifeguards, but much more chill part of the beach .

Lovely beach hut with food/drink options. Relatively clean . Live bands during beach season. Free after Labor Day. $18 parking for non residents.

Let some air out of the tires and go left... fun off roading . Bring ur dog, ur board, and some brews and enjoy the day.

Beautiful quiet beach , the deer are great to watch in the spring & fall, they walk right up to you. The TWA Memorial is so moving.

Slather on some sunscreen , play in the sand, go for a swim . And remember, life is not that bad.

This is the only beach I'll go to on the island as a displaced Floridian. It's a real beach , not a rocky strip of seaweed covered dirt.

It's pretty good after 5 in the summer time if you like to dance
