The front desk staff are amazing! They make you feel they truly care that your stay is pleasant!

This is an amazing place. They are so thoughtful and caring!! Heard it was one of the kids birthday and they sent milk and cookies with a card to the room!! Amazing!!

Oldish rooms. Air conditioning made a weird noise when on. Staff was super friendly and helpful though.

One of the few Memphis hotels that allow dogs- 40 lbs or less and no extra charge.

When you check in, you can request that a high-end Gibson , amp and headphones be brought to your room.

One more tip: DO BREAKFAST AT SOLE. Everything is great, especially the grits , French toast , and biscuits and gravy .

Stay on the 9th floor! You can use really tall showers and possibly run into a basketball player or groupie in the hall...

Two words: overpriced...

If you like large bathrooms in your room this is the place for you. Nice place!
