Fantastic food and incredible service!! This place is a must if you want to try good food near the city centre. The tapas menu for just 25 euros is amazing

Wonderful restaurant with amazing tapas , very high quality. If you are not accustomed, or an expert, to the spanish cuisine , start with one or two tapas and order as you go, a menu will be too much.

Delicious, sophisticated tapas . (Mushroom crouqettes, foie gras yoghurt ...I could go on!) Wonderful service. A must if in Valencia!

Vuelve Carolina is run by top chef Quique Dacosta. Downstairs is a gastrobar while upstairs is the more formal El Poblet (vuelvecarolina.com; €25/£21 in the gastrobar and €50/£42 in El Poblet) .

Top service and amazing food . We shared some tapas for a lunch break and everything was really tasty!

Cheesecake is the most amazing thing! Like unbelievably tasty!

The mushroom croquettes and the soft egg with potato foam are a must! So are the tempura langostinos :)

Great style of the restaurant but about food it's only an appareance, great presentation but paella with lobster , octopus & mussels hadn't any flavor... ...and waiters were rude & not really kind...

That you get charged €2 per bread roll that you didn't order is a bit cheeky!!! No comáis el pan que os traen ya que os lo cobrarán a €2 euros cada uno!

The Tapas-menu is absolutely amazing. This could have been an El Bulli menu!

Great food. Awful music

Watch out for the undercooked chicken . We ordered the chicken wok and it was very pink! Apart from that OK wouldn't rush back though

Small portions, quite pricy and nothing special at all.

We had high expectations but found the food to be very very average.

El menu individual es perfecto para comer. Sabores originales y cantidad mas que de sobra! (25€+iva por persona). Recomendables el souffle de patata con yema y el cubalibre de foie .

Espectacular!!! TODO lo que hemos pedido estaba delicioso pero a destacar: las patatas suflé (una explosión de sabor), los huevos a baja temperatura y las mollejas de ternera . Volveremos seguro.

He cenado en barra de la opción cocina de Perú, son sabores diferentes y para probar está muy bien. Algo nuevo pero no para diario

Después de esperar 22' para que nos tomaran nota, y otros 15' para que nos sirvieran, el único motivo para que nos quedásemos fue el espectacular menú tipo degustación . ¡Fantástico!

Alta cocina a un precio asequible. Merece la pena probar la experincia, sobre todo para llegar a los postres "terrosos" con helado . Es muy abundante, asique es recomendable ir al medio dia.

El menu individual no vale mucho la pena, es mejor coger tapas sueltas. Lo mejor: los huevos a baja temp, la patata sufle (pero ojo q es 1 unidad! XD). Reservar obligatorio en fin de semana.

Está todo buenísimo. Hemos probado el huevo a baja temperatura, langostinos crujientes con emulsión de tomates secos y las cocas de setas ...riquísimo!!

ayer estuve comiento aquí...me encantó todo,pedí el menú del día a base de tapas , y no sé con cuál quedarme, todas buenísimas...quiero volver pronto!!!

Sorprendida por lo rico, la calidad y precio razonable! No es cualquier cosa, pero a diferencia del mercat la relación precio calidad mejora mucho! Además del servicio! Volveremos!

Lo mas recomendable es probar el menú. Aparte, la coca con estas y lajas de bacon es fabulosa!

Gastrobar de Quique Dacosta en el centro de Valencia. Exquisitas la ensaladilla y el pincho de pollo como tapas con la caña (2E). Para compartir, muy recomendables los huevos pochados y las cocas .

lugar de valencia para no perderse cocina de quique dacosta, bodega en manos de la mejor de españa nada en especial si todo hay que probarlo

Tapas muy creativas pero bueniiiiiiisimas! El ambiente también es muy bueno y en el centro de Valencia!

Интерьер в первом зале не самый уютный , на мой взгляд. Если есть возможность - выбирать столик во втором зале. Еда - отличная. Первый раз пробую pulpo с пюре .
