After an hour or two of exercise, finish it off with some fries and nuggets at McD's across the street!
The showers on the 5th floor are brand new!
No changing room/toilet on 6/F where the main arena is.. have to go to 5/F by stairs
The gym is great after the renovation.

Total freaking joke. Can't join the gym until you do a training course in 2 months!! Wtf?? No gym instructor in the gym supervising. Very unhelpful.

Basketball/badminton/volleyball courts on 6th floor - can go up directly by lift or take stairs from 5/F - Fred Sun
Well-facilitated sports center for badminton. It has the cleanest changing room and washroom for public sports center. Will definitely be my first choice for playing badminton - Liu
