Grimaldi's Pizzeria

So this is hands down the best pizza in Vegas. They actually brought in a chemist to adjust their water system to match that of Brooklyn NY. Which makes the dough perfect. The pepperoni is from NY too

The pizza is fantastic! The white is good, the toppings are fresh (get as many as you want) the service excellent and the restaurant is very clean ! A must-have!

Ricotta , mozzarella , & fresh tomato slices ...so good. I turn into a piggy when I eat here. If there's ever a mistake with your order, they will correct it or compensate you in some way. Love it here!

I am from Queens, NY so I was brought up on pizza by the slice & know what's good. This is the best in Vegas. If you disagree, it doesn't matter because you don't know any better.

Ranch salad , margarita pizza , excellent thin crust , deserts . Bruschetta arugula pizza .

Honestly, the fewer toppings you get, the better your pizza will be! I recommend two, maybe three, CERTAINLY no more than four. Best. Crust. Ever!

Avoid on major holidays. We love this Grimaldi's except on the busiest nights of the year, those have been my only disappointments. If demand too high for their great pizza it just happens

Pizza is just okay. I did however enjoy the atmosphere.

No one ever came to serve us, so we left after 15 min. It wasn't busy, and the table right next to us was getting service, so we didn't wait to hear their excuse, we decided to go.

Thin crust fresh motz, coal fired oven very good.
