My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The pool is a great place to cool off after being at the beach . The eggs Benedict for breakfast and fish tacos for lunch were excellent.
Very nice restaurant inside. Plus bar out by the pool. They allow large breed dogs. Nice rooms. Good prices. Just grab a taxi to downtown .
Excellent customer service, the front desk was very helpful and professional. Will return. Little or no faults with my stay. This property exceeded my expectations!

I love this place. It is beautiful and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is the bar tenders by the pool are horrible. Takes them 45min to take your drink order and another 30min to get it to you.
The beach access definitely makes this resort ! The grounds are very pretty too. Unfortunately, the staff is hit or miss, especially at the outside bar . Room was clean and quiet !
the pool is awesome. the coral crab cafe in the hotel is great... get the island buffet . worth every penny. free shuttles are an awesome addition. internet connection isn't too bad but your in KW!

Pricey but convenient! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders at the pool bar were hit or miss. My first bartender was awesome - the next 2 days I had another one and she sucked.
Usefull shuttle along the day - until 11pm - to Old Town and the beach in front of the hotel is really nice.
Spend the extra money and get a room with ocean front balcony . This is a great hotel an staff !
Old Town Trolley picks up at this location each morning for guests with tour tickets. What a great service!! Orange and Green all the way!!
Get a room on the 3rd floor or put up with listening to people above you thumping around.

Mr. Ed is great! Shuttle service is a big waste of time. We had to take cabs several times when there were 40 to 50 people waiting for 24 seats in 2 vans.
Supposed to have wifi in all rooms. I'm in the back part of the hotel and get ZERO signal. Luckily Verizon 3G has a good signal.
Rooms, bike rentals . Pool is nice. Don't get the resort fee
