Best macaron ! With more variety and surprising flavors. Did a little taste comparison and found them to be better than Laudurée.

La Duree is the classic macaron , but Pierre Herme is impressive flavor-wise. The olive oil + vanilla is my favorite (weird, I know), and their other desserts (rose croissant ?!) are great too!

Had no idea this place was so good. I was strolling around montparnasse and the store front caught my attention. Let me just put it this way: this is paradise for dessert lovers.

Be prepared to wait in line but so worth it. Macaroons , truffles and Flacon (I had the Bayadère) are delicate and well balanced. Great place for gifts .

Worth the long lines ! The macarons are much lighter and less sweet than a Lauduree and other shops, so the flavors really stand out. Try their signature flavor "Arabesque" (apricot and pistachio )

Get the salted caramel , olive oil vanilla . I prefer this place over la duree anytime. Great for presents. Ice package it for presents. Also good icecream . Go to the le marais one for shorter lines .

Infinite chocolate , infinite vanilla .... Just get anything that begins with “infinite” or contains “ispahan .” It’s the way to go. (But don’t pass on the croissants , especially the flavored ones.)
