Best Buy

Every store has there problems I work here and I try to help people the best I can or at least find the best person to help a customer. I am usually at the front or in customer service.

This is the #1 Best Buy around....wouldn't go anywhere else...have been a long time customer ....many years...and by the way no one's pefect but they will take care of the customer fairly ...

When you call/come into the store, don't be a butt! We all know you want/need help, but we can only do one thing at a time. So stfu and be nice.

If it wasn't Daxh at Sol. Cntrl my experience would've been pretty awful overall. In the end he was able to help me after I was passed around by 3 others. No wonder BBY is in all sorts of problems.

Tv department staff and manager are very helpful. I'd drive down there vs my local Best Buy just for the service

Just dropped in to purchase my new camera , was SOOO excited... and they jacked the price UP $50 from yesterday! So pissed and obviously went away empty handed! :o(

I was not please with service. There's no one in the store but lots if blue shirts , yet I still can't get any help.......

They price match! Just bring in the ad or bring the information up on your phone.

Sometimes they have great sale, great spot for electronic needs.

You can never get someone that could help you

Don't expect expert help, but they are extremely friendly

Long line ? Find an assistant in other areas throughout the store to ring you up at a nearby cash register.

Decent best buy, but employees are super rude.
