Hotel rooms are spread in several historical buildings , lot of stairs and your room might be in a different place from where breakfast is served. Beautiful view over the river Thames.

Gym always friendly staff never full up and has all the equipment you need for a full workout
Staying at the former residence of the 17th c. architect Christopher Wren (of St. Paul's cathedral among others).
Check your allocated room, i was given a single room with no phone reception despite paying extra for a double. Resolved but the duty manager couldn't be bothered to even talk to me.
