《蟹 肉 とトマト の酸っぱ辛い麺 》辛さは控えめでトマト の酸味が爽やかです。使われてる白い麺 はもちろん米粉 麺 だけど”フォー ”ではなく”ブン(bún)”と言うそうです。ビーフン のことだね(＾ｰ^)ノ…そうめん のように細くて断面が丸い麺 です。のんびり食べてると、のびちゃいますよ(^o^)/
ブン・ボー・フエやガー・サオ・ラン(鶏 もも肉 と春雨の辛口炒め )など、辛め のメニュー が美味しい。唐辛子 ????のマークで辛さのスケールが示されている。唐辛子 3つはかなり辛いがただ辛いのではなく、ちゃんと旨みが感じられる。
北部ベトナムの蒸し春巻き は、モチ モチ した食感と、甘めのソース が不思議な美味しさ❤️

At lunch time, is is very crowded but the taste and volume are all OK. U should try Niku Soba. Regular size is ok for me...very big size. - MK Chan

New fancy plaza, with nice boutiques. There's a nice view from the hall with a piano and coffee. They have also tax free shops! Enjoy - Yezi E B
