Working adults make up most of the patrons here due to the presence of governmental departments on the second floor of the building. Its busiest periods are lunch time and after working hours..

Place is only busy during weekdays due to offices nearby. Its quite quiet during weekends. Parking is flat rate of RM5 only on Sat, Sun, and PH.

As of end of March, the tenants are all in the phase of moving out. Seems like going to close soon.
