Lovely mid-range hotel . Direct no 10 tram access to main station (5 mins) and airport (30min). See Hausammann bakery across the road to the right for a quick brekkie alternative
Good location and close to tram stop which is #10 and 10 mins into HB. Also close to Coop and bakeries . No a/c which in summer is stifling in the room. Helpful staff but rooms are small.
The restaurant has great steak , & they'll even deliver the dessert up to your room. The warm chocolate brownie is amazing!
Lovely, helpful staff . Limited outside parking around the back. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms .
Wifi was terrible, instead of easy working I got an big instruction, how to start it. Breakfast was ok. I can recommend to get the cable car in 5 min from the hotel - to Dolder .
No AC , church in the areas which rings it's bells every 15 min, no soundproof windows, free WiFi very slow
With the loyalty program card I always receive an upgrade on my room
I had to leave on early morning. The man at the reception was very rude and didn't understand I had already paid the city taxes to the lady at the reception. Customer service of a 1-star hotel .
