Be thankful for local craft brewers. Bombshell has a solid representation of styles for both newbies and the already-converted. You can't beat the 5oz. Servings for value.

Engage the staff ...at the bombshell you are likely talking to an owner or to the brewmaster...newbies and craft beer oldtimers can always learn a little more...

Ask to speak to an owner or the head brewer and there is a high percentage you will already have found one of them. This is hometown service at its best.

Knowledgeable staff and a good selection of beers , and while you are drinking, you can watch them make more beer .

The Polished Pilsner and Dunklewizen are my favorites. I'm not a pale ale fan but the JEMS Jade was pretty good too.

Stood at the bar for over five minutes with four people behind the bar and noone even said hello to our party of three. Moving on to somewhere with a bit better service.
