For guy getting back into the swing of things after a few years of slacking its a great place to restart your get in shape journey. Clean and well kept facility, friendly staff and no intimidation.

Perfect gym if you don't need a pool or bball court / exercise classes . Have never had trouble getting equipment when there.

Love the 30min workout routine! When u have a kid it's nice to have something that's already set up. No wait and just go!

How big a sign do they need in the men's restroom to get idiots to stop stuffing wads of paper towels down the toilet ? And don't take a dump on top of the towels when it doesn't flush! Morons.
