Steak 'n Shake

I went last Friday and my server Hanna was amazing. I really didn't see anybody else working. She was extremely professional and when the was a problem she handled it gracefully.

The food was very good. The employees got a little confused with our drinks but they are friendly and fixed there problem right away.

Two $3.99 Burger Meals and a strawberry milkshake for under $13 dollars is amazing.

Had probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Waited a very long time before even getting our order taken, let alone getting our food. Waitress also forgot to bring us our food until we asked.

never again. I waited 45 min IN THE DRIVE THRU ! When I finally got to the window, I was told "sorry" and charged $15 for my "fast food " 45 min wait. You could have at least comp'd something!!!

Place sucks, some elderly woman fell on the floor no one seemed to care. My burger was so greasy that instantly shit as soon as my ass GPS was close to a toilet . Never again

Don't come here, terrible service, managed to screw up our order twice, and all the employees sit in the back and talk ignoring the dinning room.
