I've never heard so many people trying to get favors and extra toppings by winking/smiling/"hook a brother up'ing" to apply pressure...but it does seem to work.
I could go downtown with double the people and less staff and get out in top speed. By far the slowest chipotle ever. Staff too busy talking and playing around with each other
If you have dietary restrictions (Celiac disease or gluten intolerance ) they will accommodate you here! I just suggest coming when there is no one in line . The 'rewashing can take a minute.
Just make sure you get here before the lunch rush, if you want your food made the right way!

Staff has always been very nice. Lines are always long.
They are slow. I've been in chipotles with way longer lines that move faster.

This is by fair the worst Chipotle management is terrible they just ruined my large order and said they are to busy to fix it. I'm calling the district manage. Go to Mattesom chipotle trust me

Staff not very friendly nor seem to care, maybe this is why lines are always so LONG!!! maybe it's time for new management??? Food is tasty.
