The Loft Cinema

A true 1950s theater, Loft Cinema has great food and drinks, and an always solid mix of films . It operates as a non-profit and volunteers run the production. Plus, its a great place to beat the heat!

A gem here in Tucson. Indie. Very comfortable . Great place for the hard to find films .

This is one of my favorite places in Tucson. It's definitely worth it to get a membership. And even if you don't come that often it's important to give support to our local businesses .

Has only gotten better since the renovation a few years ago, and the movie selection is top notch. If a movie you want to see is showing here, go!

Come early and enjoy a beer on the patio . Saw "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo " and had a great time. We also signed up to become members to support this old-time movie theater . Small, so come early.

Let's face it, multiplexes are a miserable, nerve-wracking experience fraught with cell phone hues, teenagers (and even college kids), and utterly worthless films . This is by far the best alternative.
